- Position: Trainee Territory Manager

- Responsibilities:
- • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly achievement of primary, secondary, and tertiary sales and its growth
- • Monitor distributors' performance and ROI and provide suggestions to improve business performance
- • Ensure proper placement of Akash products in different channels
- • Ensure regular monitoring and proper DSR management effectively
- • Divide whole territory routes to assign DSR's responsibilities
- • Assign and monitor DSR's day-wise, week-wise, and month-wise sales target and achievement plan and execution
- • Plan for regular onboarding of new dealers for optimization of territory management
- Requirements:
- - Business graduate
