Position: Web Developer (AI-Powered)

LightCastle Partners is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Web Developer to join its dynamic team. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge no-code/low-code platforms and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to create high-performing websites and landing pages. 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio.

  • No-Code/Low-Code Expertise: Demonstrable proficiency with major platforms such as Webflow, Dorik, Bubble, Squarespace, or similar.

  • AI Tool Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing AI-powered tools for frontend development, design assistance, and code generation.

  • Prompt Engineering: Crucial skill in crafting effective prompts for AI tools to achieve desired design and functionality.

  • Design Conversion: Expertise in translating UI/UX designs (especially Figma) into functional, responsive websites.

  • Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript principles.

  • Design Acumen: Strong eye for visual design, understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and layout.

  • CMS Knowledge: Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and bug-fixing skills.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bonus Points:

    • Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.) and database management. Knowledge of hosting environments, domain management, and deployment processes (CI/CD). Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). SEO knowledge and implementation experience.

    • Key responsibilities include:

      AI-Driven & No-Code/Low-Code Development: Design, develop, and deploy websites and landing pages primarily using leading no-code/low-code platforms and AI-powered development tools. This includes mastering prompt engineering for efficient UI component generation and converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, functional websites using AI conversion tools.

      • Website Design & Optimization: Ensure all web properties are visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines. Implement on-page SEO best practices and continuously identify opportunities to improve website performance, speed, and user experience.

      • Management & Maintenance: Manage and update platforms, particularly WordPress, troubleshoot and resolve website issues, and ensure optimal performance and security.

      • Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate with design, content, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver effective digital solutions. Stay current with new AI tools, no-code platforms, and web development techniques, and occasionally assist with backend tasks for full-stack web applications.
