Application for Graduation
21^st Convocation 2022

Students who have completed all the requirements for their degree may apply for graduation through email to the Controller of Examinations.

Process of application is given below:

1) Student will make Graduation application mentioning following information:

i) Name:
ii) Student ID No.:
iii) Father’s name:
iv) Mother’s name:
v) Contact address with mobile no.:

2) The following documents to be attached:

i) The payment receipt of TK. 5000/- (Five thousand only)
ii) A copy of recent color passport size photographs in formal dress.
iii) Course completions check list (For the students of the Department of CSE, EEE, and ECE).
iv) A copy of the Main Certificate of Bachelor’s Degree (For the students of Masters Programs only)  

DETAILS FOR PAYMENT 

The payment has to be deposited either to the nominated bank or through ROCKET. Receipt for payment for bank deposit is available in EWU web. https://www.ewubd.edu/payment-procedure
