Conduct of Classes through Online Platforms from 08 to 10 February and 13-14 February 2026

Notice Details
Due to various reasons, the authority of East West University (EWU) has decided that all classes will be held through online platforms from 08 to 10 February 2026. The classes of graduate programs and other scheduled classes will also be held online on 13 and 14 February 2026.
Accordingly, as per the existing class schedule, all classes of EWU will be conducted online on the above-mentioned dates.
The Chairpersons of all academic departments and the Coordinator of MBA/EMBA Programs are requested to kindly notify their respective faculty members, who, in turn, should inform their concerned students about this arrangement. Considering the situation, it is recommended that the Lab classes be managed by the respective faculty members as per their convenience.
There will be no examinations during the period of online classes. Faculty members are requested to reschedule the in-person examinations accordingly.
In case of any disruptions due to internet connectivity issues, respective faculty members will arrange make-up classes in consultation with the concerned Chairperson.
The University Office will remain open as usual during the above-mentioned dates.
In-person classes will resume as usual on 15 February 2026.
