East West University Welcomes Freshers in Fall Semester

The orientation programs of the newly admitted students for Fall Semester 2019 were held in different academic departments of East West University (EWU) at the EWU campus, Aftabnagar, Dhaka on 05 September 2019. Nearly 1000 students have been admitted to graduate and undergraduate programs in 13 different departments this semester.
All departments of EWU arranged individual programs for their newly admitted students. The objectives of the programs included welcoming new students and introducing them to the university’s facilities, faculty members, the academic system and the rules and regulations of the institution.
Those programs were attended by among others, Professor Dr. Kazi Shahidullah, Chairman, University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, Syed Manzur Elahi, Chairperson of Board of Trustees, EWU, Professor Dr. M.M. Shahidul Hassan, Vice Chancellor, A. Z. M. Shafiqul Alam, Treasurer, and the Deans of the University.
