EWUCRT Hosts a Seminar on Organizational Culture and Performance Dynamics

The East West University Center for Research and Training (EWUCRT) hosted a research seminar titled "Organizational Culture and Performance: A Perspective of Hofstede and Schein’s Cultural Dimension" on July 30, 2026, at the EWUCRT Seminar Room.
The seminar was chaired by Professor Dr. Shams Rahman, Vice Chancellor of East West University (EWU) and the Chairperson of EWUCRT. Proceedings commenced with an opening address by Professor Dr. M. Ashik Mosaddik, Pro-Vice Chancellor of East West University, who formally introduced the research team behind the study. The presenting research team comprised four Lecturers from the Department of Business Administration at East West University: Mr. Jawad Md. Asadullah, Mr. Md. Farvez Mosharrof, Ms. Tasneem Nabila Islam, and Ms. Fairose Farin.
Serving as the key discussant, Professor Dr. Farhana Ferdousi, Chairperson of the Department of Business Administration at EWU, provided valuable academic commentary on the paper’s underlying methodologies and multidimensional insights. The event drew a distinguished gathering, including Professor Dr. Md. Sohel Rana, Director of EWUCRT, alongside faculty members, EWUCRT officials, and students interested in organizational management frameworks.
