Winter Smile Fair 8.0 organized by Rotaract Club of East West University

Nov 26, 2025

Winter Smile Fair 8.0, the signature annual event of the Rotaract Club of East West University, was held on 23rd to 24th November 2025 at the EWU Courtyard. This year fair served dual purposes: supporting winter-distressed communities across Bangladesh and offering student entrepreneurs a vibrant platform to showcase their products and connect with peers.

The program began with a heartfelt Dua Mahfil in memory of D.M. Mushfiquzzaman, a beloved student of East West University. Following this, the fair was officially inaugurated through a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Dr. Mohammed Ashik Mosaddik, Honourable Pro-Vice Chancellor of EWU. He was joined by Ms. Ismat Shereen, Adviser of Students' Welfare and Head of the Career Counselling Centre (CCC), and Ms. Nabila Farhin, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law and Moderator of RACEWU.

The stalls—including food, stationery, and accessories—attracted great appreciation from students and visitors. The second day carried the same energy and excitement. On the last day, crests were presented to all 24 stall owners in the presence of Ismat Shereen, Adviser, Students' Welfare and Head, CCC, and Nabila Farhin, Moderator, RACEWU.

With this, Winter Smile Fair 8.0 concluded successfully, marking another meaningful step in serving our community.
