Football Fiesta 2025 powered by MOJO hosted by East West University Sports Club
East West University Sports Club hosted the most exciting and energetic Football Fiesta 2025 powered by MOJO. This event brought students together from 13 departments, carrying their pride to compete in this Intra-University Football Tournament. The event was full of drama, emotion, and memorable moments for players, faculty, and students alike.
The Inaugural Ceremony took place on 7th August 2025. The day featured the unveiling of the trophy, a jersey ramp show, and live musical performances by Band Lalon and Karnival. Students, faculty members, and representatives from Akij Food and Beverage LTD attended to enjoy the performances and officially announced the grand opening of the tournament.
Field matches were held on 10th and 11th August 2025 at Nutmeg Field, Aftabnagar. Thirteen Departments of EWU participated, and all the teams played with skill, emotion, and determination, creating exciting matches for the spectators. Every match reflected the effort and commitment of the players.
The tournament concluded with the Department of CSE winning the Championship once again and the Department of Civil Engineering finishing as Runner-Up. During the closing ceremony, the winning team received medals and trophies from the University authorities and representatives from Akij Food & Beverages LTD. The event acknowledged the hard work of all the teams and highlighted the spirit of fair play.
Football Fiesta 2025 powered by MOJO was a successful and enjoyable event. It brought the university community together and left everyone with lasting memories of thrilling football and sportsmanship.
